En 2011, U2 est retourné aux Hansa Studios à Berlin pour discuter de l'enregistrement de *Achtung Baby*. Ce film est réalisé par Davis Guggenheim. Diffusé au Royaume-Uni dans le cadre de la série *Imagine* de la BBC, ce documentaire a été le premier à ouvrir le prestigieux Festival international du film de Toronto. Le film inclut des images bonus des titres **"So Cruel"**, **"Love is Blindness"** et **"The Fly"**, tournées en mai 2010 lors de la visite du groupe aux Hansa Studios pour célébrer le 20ᵉ anniversaire de *Achtung Baby*. Il comprend également une séance de questions-réponses avec **Bono**, **The Edge** et **Davis Guggenheim**, filmée lors du Festival international du film de Toronto en septembre 2011.
